Morning Tea at Mel's Farm - Outside the Shack
My beautiful friend Jennifer Noble having a hot cuppa outside my shack. The first day of the camp it rained heavily but all of my guests were very intrepid. We got soaked looking for orchids and photographing birds in the bush and wetlands on my property. Fortunately Terry had the firepit roaring and a couple of big kettles for hot tea and coffee to warm up.
Waterfall Photography at the Cascades
Awesome morning spent photographing the waterfall at the cascades. Great spot to practice long exposures and opportunity for many different compositions. We got to watch Fly Fisherman on the rocks and also photograph birds, orchids, moss, ferns and fungi and the the little train that spots above on its run from Pemberton.

A variety of flowers and a rugged landscape of limestone cliffs to photograph along with swirling dark water at the base.
The Dinner Table
I love food, I love cooking food, sharing meals and eating food. It is an ancient way of connecting. The meals were all homecooked with fresh local ingredients and a variety of options. I am very lucky to have a wonderful friend Julie who helps me with the catering. On the 2026 camps Julie is going to our chef so we can look forward to an amazing selection of beautiful food and deserts.
